Are you an experienced Lao instructor looking for an opportunity to teach government officials in Japan? We are currently seeking highly skilled instructors to provide beginner-level Lao language training in Osaka. This is a face-to-face training program designed to prepare participants for assignments abroad.


📌 About the Training Program

📍 Location:
Japan Foundation Kansai International Center
< Address > 3-14 Rinku Port Kita, Tajiri-cho, Sennan-gun, Osaka 598-0093
< Access > Free shuttle bus from Rinku Town Station (JR Kansai Airport Line / Nankai Airport Line)

📅 Training Period: May 18, 2025 (Sunday) – June 14, 2025 (Saturday)
Class Structure:

  • In-person instruction
  • Three 50-minute lessons per day (Between 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
  • 10-minute breaks between lessons
  • Total of 63 lessons (52.5 hours)

👥 Participants: Beginner-level learners


✅ Requirements (Must-Have Qualifications)

At least 3 years of experience teaching Lao
Basic Japanese communication skills (for daily interactions)
For non-native Lao speakers:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience teaching Lao
  • Must be proficient in Japanese
  • Must have at least 3 years of cumulative long-term residency in Laos (including native speakers who have lived there)
    Currently holds a valid Japanese work visa (Visa sponsorship is generally not available, but exceptional candidates may be considered)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💴 Hourly Wage: 1,500 yen per hour
🚆 Transportation Allowance: Up to 1,000 yen per day (IC card fare)
