Do recruitment, screening & Interview of applicants
Monitor the trainer's behavior and report and coordinate with the management if trouble occurs to solve
the matter.
Direct disciplinary procedures (monitor trainers' attendance, keep records and send notifications, if necessary)
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Handle social media posting & response of messages & comments (Freshteam & FB page Recruitment)
Receive filed leaves & absences and verify that the schedule has been removed from the trainer's staff room.
Assist in assigning TG tasks to TGAs; check & verify completed TG tasks.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree /A Graduate of any 4-year course
Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
Preferably have experience in ESL teaching.
Have experience working as an HR staff
Availability to work 30+ hours per week

Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
At least 2GB of RAM(4 GB is recommended) with 60GB free hard disk space available
A headset with a noise-cancelling feature & a high-definition webcam
