Are you an experienced Finnish instructor with expertise in diplomacy, military affairs, and security discussions? We are seeking six highly skilled instructors to deliver high-level Finnish language training for government officials in Tokyo. This program focuses on debate, presentations, and writing skills in professional and strategic contexts.
π About the Training Program
π Location: In-person at Kagurazaka, Yotsuya, or Otemachi campuses

Training Period: April 1, 2025 β March 31, 2026
β³ Total Training Hours: 2,380 hours (to be divided among six instructors)
π Schedule:
- Fixed schedule with possible changes
- Core teaching hours:
- 8:30 AM β 2:00 PM
- Evening sessions after 6:00 PM
- Additional bookings may occur between these times

Requirements (Must-Have Qualifications)
β Bachelorβs degree or equivalent qualification (Mandatory)
β Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent) OR substantial teaching experience
β Expertise in military, diplomacy, and security-related discussions (Must provide proof of ability)
β Strong Finnish proficiency, particularly in writing (Capable of advanced editing and feedback)
β Experience leading debates and presentations on military/security topics (Must demonstrate ability)
β Currently holds a valid Japanese work visa (Visa sponsorship is generally not available, but exceptional candidates may be considered)
